Return Policy

All made-to-order, personalized, and sale items are final sale. To initiate the return process for regular priced/non-personalized items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be undamaged and unused to qualify for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must purchase shipping with tracking information. Once we receive your returned item in unused condition, we will issue a full refund.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make any modifications.
