Get free standard shipping in Canada and the U.S. on orders $150 CAD and over. Discount automatically applied at checkout.

All orders ship via Canada Post with tracking from Toronto, Ontario.

HOW TO VIEW SHIPPING RATES:

Lettermail - For smaller orders within Canada, we offer shipping via Untracked Lettermail at $3.50. This shipping option applies to orders $60 and under. Lettermail orders are delivered to your mailbox.

All Other Shipping Options - Customers can view accurate shipping rates at checkout by entering your address and clicking "Continue to Shipping" before entering payment information. Shipping rates depend on location and size/weight of the order. Please note that larger parcels and remote locations may incur additional charges.

Processing Time

We aim to process your order in 1 to 3 business days.

Expedited Parcel: 1–8 business days*

Untracked Lettermail

For smaller orders within Canada, we offer shipping via Untracked Lettermail at $3.50. This shipping option applies to orders $60 and under. Lettermail orders are delivered to your mailbox.

While Untracked Lettermail is great option to save on shipping for small orders, this option does not include tracking or insurance. You will not receive compensation if your order is lost, stolen or damaged. If you prefer the peace of mind that comes with tracking, select a shipping option with tracking.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Small Hours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once parcels are collected by Canada Post. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact CanadaPost directly with your tracking number.

Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers or orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after collected by Canada Post.

Duties/Customs

Please note that if you are located outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs or duty charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or duties.

Return/Exchange Policy

All personalized and sale items are final sale.

For orders that are not personalized, in new and unused condition, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange your unused item or if you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We accept exchanges within 10 business days after receipt of your order. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make any modifications.

Handmade Nature: Each product is crafted by hand, resulting in unique variations in colour, texture, and appearance. No two items are exactly alike, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
Natural Materials: Our products are made from genuine leather, which may exhibit natural imperfections such as scars, wrinkles, and variations in grain. These characteristics are inherent to leather and are not considered defects.
Colour Variation: Leather colour may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the dyeing process. Additionally, colours may appear different on different devices and screens.
Aging and Patina: Leather develops a patina over time, which can include changes in colour, texture, and softness. This natural aging process enhances the character and uniqueness of the product.
Care and Maintenance: Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your leather goods. Please refer to our Product Care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use.
Allergies and Sensitivities: While we use high-quality materials, individuals with allergies or sensitivities to leather or tanning agents should exercise caution.
Custom Orders: Custom orders may have additional lead times and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review our custom order policy for more details.
