Shipping + Returns


Our studio is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

Shipping Rates:

Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD.

We ship to Canada and the U.S. via CanadaPost. To view accurate shipping rates, please enter your address at checkout and click on "Continue to Shipping".

Additional charges may apply for larger parcels and remote locations.

Tracking

We provide lower cost shipping options that do not include tracking information:

If tracking information is required please do not select “Untracked Lettermail” (for orders within Canada). Select any other shipping option instead.

Small Packet parcels to the U.S. are not tracked. Select Tracked Parcel instead.

If you have any issues locating your tracked parcel, please contact CanadaPost with your tracking number  

Untracked Lettermail within Canada:

$5 Untracked Lettermail shipping is available for smaller orders under 100g weight. If the letter-mail shipping is selected, please keep in mind that Small Hours is not responsible for lost mail nor do we have any tracking information or re-send orders for this option.

Your order will arrive in your mailbox and will take up to 4 business days (depending on location) from the time it is dropped off at the post office. 

If you wish to have a tracking information, select Expedited Parcel, XpressPost, or Priority at checkout.

USA - up to 8 business days*
International - up to 10 business days*

Production Time:

Your order will be processed in 1 to 5 business days.

If you order is a custom or pre-order item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for production.

Local Pick-up:

To save on shipping use checkout code: LOCALPICKUP. We will contact you to arrange pickup once your order has been processed.

Note: Order pick-up is available by appointment only on select week days during business hours (10am-5pm) at our studio (Dupont/Symington).

Express Shipping/Insurance:

If you require express shipping or insurance, please contact us as soon as possible after you submit your order. Additional fees apply. 

Duties/customs:

You may be charged duties/customs if you live outside of Canada. Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Non-delivery and damaged parcels:

Small Hours is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they are collected by CanadaPost. Please contact CanadaPost if you have any concerns regarding delivery. Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery/return to sender or any incurred fees due to incorrect address. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address address before submitting an order. We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entered by customers.  

Return Policy:

All made-to-order, personalised, and sale items are final sale

If you would like to exchange or return your item(s), contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are accepted on only undamaged, unused items.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Provided we receive your item in unused condition, you'll receive a full refund. 

Changes to Orders:

Please contact us as soon as possible after you have submitted your order if you would like to make any changes. If production, packing or shipping for your order has started, changes to orders cannot be accommodated.
