Please note that all carriers are experiencing delays and the high volume of parcels during this busy holiday season. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 24th, delivery times are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates 

We offer shipping to Canada and the U.S. at a flat rate, with tracking included for all orders.

Free standard shipping within Canada for orders $250+.

Orders are shipping via Chits Chats (and partnered carriers) or USPS for U.S. parcels.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route addresses at this time.

Ontario: $7 CAD* (2-8 business days)

Canada: $10 CAD* (2-8 business days)

U.S.A: $8 USD* (2-6 business days)

*Additional fees may apply for larger parcels and remote locations.

Processing Time

We aim to process your order in 1 to 5 business days.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Small Hours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once parcels are collected by the post office. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.

Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Add any additional information required, such as buzzer number, to ensure the delivery process goes smoothly.

If there are any issues with the entered delivery address after the parcel is in the postal system, please contact the carrier directly and provide further instruction. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers or orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after collected by the post office.

Duties/Customs

Please note that if you are located outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs or duty charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or duties.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final, with no exceptions. 

As a small team, we want to be transparent about our limitations. We are unable to handle returns as the process takes up more time and resources than we can manage. We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchase, review product details, and/or contact us about any questions before completing a transaction, as we are unable to prioritize returns/exchanges with our limited capacity.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number to initiate the process.

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make any modifications.

Handmade Nature: Each product is crafted by hand, resulting in unique variations in colour, texture, and appearance. No two items are exactly alike, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
Natural Materials: Our products are made from real leather, which may exhibit natural imperfections such as scars, wrinkles, and variations in grain. These characteristics are inherent to leather and are not considered defects.
Colour Variation: Leather colour may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the dyeing process. Additionally, colours may appear different on different devices and screens.
Aging and Patina: Leather develops a patina over time, which can include changes in colour, texture, and softness. This natural aging process enhances the character and uniqueness of the product.
Care and Maintenance: Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your leather goods. Please refer to our Product Care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use.
Allergies and Sensitivities: While we use high-quality materials, individuals with allergies or sensitivities to leather or tanning agents should exercise caution.
Custom Orders: Custom orders may have additional lead times and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
