Shipping Rates

Get free standard shipping in Canada and the U.S. on orders $150 CAD and over. Discount automatically applied at checkout.

All orders ship via Canada Post with tracking from Toronto, Ontario. Customers can view shipping rates at checkout by entering your address and clicking "Continue to Shipping". Shipping rates depend on location and size/weight of the order. Please note that larger parcels and remote locations may incur additional charges.

Untracked Lettermail (with Canada only): 2-10 business days*
Expedited Parcel: 1–8 business days*
Tracked Packet USA: 4–7 business days*

Untracked Lettermail

For smaller orders within Canada, we offer shipping via Untracked Lettermail at $3.50. This shipping option applies to orders $60 and under. Lettermail orders are delivered to your mailbox.

While Untracked Lettermail is great option to save on shipping for small orders, this option does not include tracking or insurance. You will not receive compensation if your order is lost, stolen or damaged. If you prefer the peace of mind that comes with tracking, select Expedited Parcel.

Processing Time

We aim to process your order in 1 to 5 business days.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Small Hours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once parcels are collected by Canada Post. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact CanadaPost directly with your tracking number.

Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers or orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after collected by Canada Post.

Duties/Customs

Please note that if you are located outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs or duty charges. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or duties.

Return/Exchange Policy

All items are final sale, we have a very small team and are unable to accept returns. If you would like to exchange your un-used item in person or have any issues with your order, please contact us.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make any modifications.

Product Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
