Small Hours is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and all prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200 CAD to Canada and the U.S. (automatically applied at checkout). We ship via CanadaPost and you can view accurate shipping rates at checkout by entering your address and clicking "Continue to Shipping."

Please note that larger parcels and remote locations may incur additional charges.

Untracked lettermail: 1 to 10 business days
Expedited Parcel: 2-8 business days
Tracked Packet USA: 5-13 business days

Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1 to 5 business days.

Due to increased volume of orders during the holiday season, orders may take up to 8 business days to fulfil, please factor this in to your timeline.

Note on Untracked Lettermail & Small Packet U.S. Shipping

We offer affordable shipping options that do not include tracking: "Untracked Lettermail" (for orders within Canada) and "Small Packet" (for lightweight orders to the U.S.). This shipping methods do not include insurance. Missing packages are rare occurrences but they do occur. We do not send out replacement orders and you will not be compensated if you select an untracked shipping method. If you do not want to take the risk, we recommend selecting Expedited Parcel, XpressPost, Priority or Tracked Packet (for U.S. orders) at checkout.

For smaller orders within Canada, we offer $5 Untracked Lettermail. This shipping option only applies to orders under a certain weight and will show up at checkout if applicable. While this option does not include tracking, it's a great way to save on shipping costs. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and typically take up business days. Orders eligible for lettermail are lightweight and may end up in your mailbox rather than by a delivery person at your door.

Small Hours is not responsible for lost/stolen mail, and we do not re-send orders once they have been collected by Canada Post. If you prefer the peace of mind that comes with tracking information, we recommend selecting Expedited Parcel, XpressPost, Priority or Tracked Packet (for U.S. orders) at checkout. For help with your Tracked parcel, please contact Canada Post.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Once your order is collected by Canada Post, Small Hours is not liable for any lost or damaged goods. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact CanadaPost directly with your tracking number. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout as Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers.

Local Pick-up

Save on shipping by using the checkout code LOCALPICKUP at the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will get in touch with you to arrange a pick-up time at our studio located at Dupont/Symington.

Please note that order pick-up is by appointment only during our business hours (generally from 11am-5pm) on select weekdays. Choosing local pick-up is a great option if you're flexible with your schedule and want to save on shipping costs.

 

Duties

Please note that if you are located outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs or duty charges. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or duties.

Return Policy

All made-to-order, personalized, and sale items are final sale. For regular priced/non-personalized items, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To initiate the process, please contact us.

Items must be undamaged and unused to qualify for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item in unused condition, we will issue a full refund.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may be unable to make any modifications.
