Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Economy, includes tracking:
✧ Ontario: $8 (1–5 business days)*
✧ Canada: $12 (2–8 business days)*

Standard, includes tracking and insured for up to $100:
✧ Ontario: $12 (1–5 business days)*
✧ Canada: $16 (2–8 business days)*
✧ U.S.A.: $12 (2–8 business days)*

U.S. Customers

Because our leather goods are handcrafted in Canada, they are fully CUSMA/USMCA compliant. While most global imports into the U.S. now face a 10% surcharge and the end of "de minimis" duty-free limits, our products remain exempt from these tariffs.

We provide all necessary Certifications of Origin with your package to ensure it clears customs at a $0 duty rate.

Note: While import duties are $0, customers remain responsible for any local state sales taxes or carrier-specific brokerage fees if applicable.

Processing Time

We aim to process your order in 1 to 5 business days.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Small Hours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once parcels are collected by the post office. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.

Small Hours is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Add any additional information required, such as buzzer number, to ensure the delivery process goes smoothly.

If there are any issues with the entered delivery address after the parcel is in the postal system, please contact the carrier directly and provide further instruction. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not re-send or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers or orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after collected by the post office.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only. No returns. Exchanges do not apply to sale items, items that have been personalized, or custom orders.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as the shipping of the exchanged item and will be billed accordingly. 
  • For customer returns from the U.S. an extra return fee may be applicable.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 business days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Changes to Orders/Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us promptly after submission. Once production, packing, or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make any modifications.
