Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only. No returns. Exchanges do not apply to sale items, items that have been personalized, or custom orders.
Exchange Guidelines:
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as the shipping of the exchanged item and will be billed accordingly.
- For customer returns from the U.S. an extra return fee may be applicable.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
